Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access is granted.
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Payment is deducted but the product is not delivered due to technical issues, or
- A duplicate payment is made by mistake.
In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid payment details.
